Instead, they offered lease termination but insisted that I pay a termination fee. This is baffling, considering they couldn't accommodate my safety needs. It feels unfair to be charged for leaving an unsafe environment that they failed to address. My advice to anyone considering renting with Up & Up is to think twice. Don't be fooled by their promotions and savings; it seems they prioritize profit over tenant safety and satisfaction. Protect yourself and look elsewhere.
