I ordered a hex shaped chimney style lampshade which was promptly delivered to me and boxed with great care. However, once received I realized that I ordered a size too small. I contacted UpgradeLights and explained that I wished to return the one I had and replace it with a larger size and at an additional charge. Since the shade was boxed so well I did not worry with the return that it would be harmed in shipping. Again, I promptly received the correct shade and am delighted with the quality and enjoyment I have with a lamp that I grew up with in my parent's home. I would not hesitate to recommend UpgradeLights and will use them again for any other lampshade needs.
