“I can't say enough about how good this shade is as a replacement. Materials quality is tops. The shade is almost a dead ringer for the 100 yr old shade it is replacing. I've recommended Upgradelights.com to my mother who has several old lamps getting a bit long in the tooth.”

“Your products are great. Your customer service could use a lot of help. And I was shocked you don’t cover returns. For me, I needed to buy 3-4 different shades to see what fit, make my decision, and return what didn’t. I paid $19 to return these to you, and that to me Is pretty unacceptable. Your customer service team also emails very rude .”

“I love the look of the shade but hate the poor design. The "holder" which sits on the bulb is recessed 6 inches ( it's normally near the top) and with the weight of the shade constantly falls off. I even purchased magnets to help weigh it down, but that didn't work. I also tried different size bulbs. The shade will not stay put. I'm very frustrated.”

“I was a bit disappointed that the lamp ring didn’t fit the socket threads and had to hang the lamp on the light bulb instead, it’s a standard sized socket/threads designed for that type of lamp. Overall, the lamp looks great, the black shade suits the vintage stand well.”
