“Re order: #15522071 I purchased a shade and it was delivered via USPS damaged twice, 9/29/25 and 10/28/25. The shipping boxes were not adequate for a lamp shade. Another shade was supposed to be sent and I have not received it. I've left messages and no response. I have purchased the same shades before without incident. I need this as it is to complete a companion lamp. Please help me with this. Sincerely, David Schmoll 909-336-8869”

“I ordered a hex shaped chimney style lampshade which was promptly delivered to me and boxed with great care. However, once received I realized that I ordered a size too small. I contacted UpgradeLights and explained that I wished to return the one I had and replace it with a larger size and at an additional charge. Since the shade was boxed so well I did not worry with the return that it would be harmed in shipping. Again, I promptly received the correct shade and am delighted with the quality and enjoyment I have with a lamp that I grew up with in my parent's home. I would not hesitate to recommend UpgradeLights and will use them again for any other lampshade needs.”

“I really love the quality of this replacement lampshade. It looks just like I expected. Great quality, both in the lampshade itself and the brass fitting. It fits my lamp perfectly. “I can't say enough about how good this shade is as a replacement. Materials quality is tops. The shade is almost a dead ringer for the 100 yr old shade it is replacing. I've recommended Upgradelights.com to my mother who has several old lamps getting a bit long in the tooth.”

“Your products are great. Your customer service could use a lot of help. And I was shocked you don’t cover returns. For me, I needed to buy 3-4 different shades to see what fit, make my decision, and return what didn’t. I paid $19 to return these to you, and that to me Is pretty unacceptable. Your customer service team also emails very rude .”
