Stayed in all day - Parcelforce booked through Parcel2go just didn’t turn up . Neither next day . Contacted customer service & was told ‘due to the busy nature of the business this does happen occasionally’ . Great don’t accept bookings if you can’t deliver . To be fair I did receive a refund quickly though
