Unable to turn off camera sound effect when taking pictures. Was told that this is an international phone and that because it is not a "defect" we are unable to return or exchange without a fee. Would have appreciated this info before purchasing the phone as we would have chosen a different model. Would not buy from UpTrade again due to inability to return or exchange.
