Ordered a phone 10 days ago, received an empty fedex envelope 7 days later and haven't been able to get a response from anyone at UpTrade. Called and email but No response. Filed a claim with Fedex who is answering my calls and email. Thank God for inspiring Ring inventors to catch my empty envelope delivery on camera. At this point, I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with a company that takes your currency but won't respond after that point.
