My teen and his phone had a fight, and the phone won. This was super easy, and OMG so much cheaper than my carrier. Loved the video of his new phone being packed for shipment. He was excited, and I was happy that is a thing you guys do. Phone works perfectly and looks good. Only hiccup was on my carrier's end when we were getting it set up. 10/10 would do this again. When my current phone goes I'm coming back.
