I ordered a phone from eBay, returned it because it wasn’t the phone I ordered. So being old and blonde I ordered the same phone from a different vender and got another phone I didn’t order. I decided to try uptrade and got the phone I wanted. I have a high grade sarcoma and I go into the hospital next week for surgery to try and save my life. Because of COVID I need a phone I can depend on to stay in touch with family to give me the strength to get thru this. If it wasn’t for uptrade I would not have a dependable phone. This company is awesome and does what they say they will do!! I am forever a grateful and a customer for life!!!
