Very bad and terrible experience with Uptrade. They are highly unprofessional and have the worst customer support team. First they sent me a faulty phone for almost $300. When informed about the same they (someone named Alexis and Esteban) wasted my time for unnecessary back and forth email exchange without bothering to do anything to replace the product. My experience of them is that they are a bunch of crooks out to fleece your hard earned money by selling sub-standard and bad products.
