This is actually an update to my other review for Uptrade, which I rated very low. (I was not able to edit my original review, so I am re-submitting.) Basically, Uptrade contacted me about my issues and sincerely resolved them. If you are having a problem, call them and they will take care of it. If the issue is out of their hands (I.e. shipping or a problem with the phone), they will still work with you to resolve. I do recommend this company.
