Overall experience great however several times during calls the person on other end states they hear a crackling sound that I cannot hear. I think it is related to microphone on the phone I purchased on up trade. Therefore phone is not in stated condition as it is not functioning properly. I did iOS update thinking it may be related and seemed to stop but then started again after allowable return time of 30 days.
