Great service, attention to detail. This was my second phone purchased. Both transactions went smooth, and follow up questions in regards to my purchase shows attention to customer service. USPS addressed my order as delivered when to my surprise mailbox was empty. I addressed this issue to Uptradeit, and in a matter of minutes, they filed a complaint on my behalf, and took care of my concerns. I'm now enjoying my Google pixel 3, and again thank you to Uptrade it! Honest and quality customer service.
