Getting the phone was great. Took only a couple of days and the phone was in exactly the condition they described. I removed one star because I really wanted to purchase the extended phone protection, but they only accept payments for that through PayPal. I refuse to use PayPal so that was a bummer. Maybe someday they will change that policy.
