Process was extremely easy. Submitted the trade-in specs (iPhone 7 plus - mint condition). Received email with order number and shipping label. Shipped phone and received an email notifying that the package was received. Next, received a link to an unboxing video. Finally, received email confirming iPhone was as described and an e-check was sent the same day. Amazingly simple and straightforward process with full transparency throughout the entire process. Will use again!
