UpTrade provides some of the best customer service (for selling my Iphone) I have ever seen. From the free USPS shipping label they provide, the video of the un boxing, the service is GREAT.
They also give you top value the resell.
The process does take some time, but with the constant contact, you know you are not being ignored.
I would take quality/price over speed.
