I just purchased a Galaxy s10 phone, pristine condition, arrived quickly and in great shape, however the phone had network connection issues, contacted Customer Support. I have to say Ryan was amazing! He was extremely helpful with troubleshooting the device, his response time and support went above and beyond normal.
