So far, I’ve sold UpTrade two phones. Both times, they had sent me videos to show when they had opened the packages containing my phones. This clearly confirmed to me when they had received them. Then after thoroughly testing my phones, they had reimbursed me the amounts they had committed to paying me. They have also been efficient about everything they’ve done. I’ve been super pleased with their service.
