Urban Natural home was delightful to work with in ordering a couch where we were providing the fabric. The gunner couch design was the permit fit for our needs. There was a small problem with not enough fill in the back pillows...once we identified the problem, they made adjustments to meet our expectations. I would give them 5 stars for quality and service.
