The person? Who handled me when I placed the order was very attentive and polite. The second woman that I spoke with was not really trying to help me. I had been promised that the delivery could be adjusted since we travel back and forth to NC. However, this took much discussion to be sbke to arrange. I felt she was very patronizing. I’m sorry to write all this but it is how I fee. The pice is beautiful and the delivery was flawless, I wish I could say the same about my other contact.
