I am a first time purchaser from Urban Natural, and the customer service experience was fantastic. I ordered multiple samples of fabrics, had furniture renderings made, and spent many hours trying to decide on the perfect swivel chairs and sofa. Joshua helped hold my hand through all the decision making, and made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend using Urban Natural for comfortable, beautiful, toxin free furniture that is made in the USA! I am very happy with the experience!
