After much searching, I ordered an American Leather (mine is fabric, though, that’s the brand) from Urban Natural, sight unseen. I did the whole transaction by phone with Ali. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process from the sale through the delivery. Oh, and they also offered me the best price. Highly recommend Urban Natural!
