I initially ordered a small matte black Shoei helmet from the store. It was too small and I returned it (for $86). I requested a medium on the return form and emailed the company asking for a medium to m be sent. They sent me another small. After requesting label I again requested a medium to be sent (with the word medium in bold print). Anyway after 4 emails requesting a medium to be sent I received a refund. When I asked why, I was informed it was MY fault since I didn't request a medium on the form of the small they sent in error. Spend your hard earned money somewhere customer satisfaction is a priority.
