Advertises Klarna's buy now, pay later order method, but didn't offer that method in the payment section--while it showed Klarna in this section and my order confirmation, the money was deducted straight from my bank account. When I called customer support, the explanation was that "Klarna offers a number of services" and it was not made clear during the order process that Klarna's specialised service wouldn't be available. This is misleading and consumer-hostile. While I can return items, I was told that the cost of returning goods was £4. If a customer's mislead regarding their payment type, that means they're stiffed out of even more money that they wouldn't have paid if they knew that "buy now, pay later" wasn't an option.
