“Having seen quite a few bad reviews after I had ordered I was slightly worried. Product came and is amazing. The delivery time was a few days over they said it would come buy but if you’re buying anything online and NEED it you should always pay next day. Overall no complaints just a few days over the delivery time.”
“WORST Company to get refund of unused, un opned items, WORST company for communication. I am very annoyed and disappointed with this company. I placed two orders of same thing and sent one back unopened via Asda (toy.co.uk) on 24/01/2020 and todays is 11/03/2020 and I am still waiting get back my £91 from this company. I called them over 100 times choose all option 1-2-3-4 no one seems to pick up the phone. I left maybe 10 voice messages with my Order No and still no one bothered to call me back. I was supposed to get my refund back in 14 days and we are well over 2 months and I am still waiting. Don't buy from these people if you plan to return item or get an exchange. Because I doubt you will get this.There items are nice and I like them but just to get a refund or exchange I would not risk buying from them. If anyone from Urban Celebrity is reading this start responding to phone calls. listen to messages left and be professional. you can't take peoples money and don't respond when all the items are sent back un opened.”
“Advertises Klarna's buy now, pay later order method, but didn't offer that method in the payment section--while it showed Klarna in this section and my order confirmation, the money was deducted straight from my bank account.
When I called customer support, the explanation was that "Klarna offers a number of services" and it was not made clear during the order process that Klarna's specialised service wouldn't be available. This is misleading and consumer-hostile.
While I can return items, I was told that the cost of returning goods was £4. If a customer's mislead regarding their payment type, that means they're stiffed out of even more money that they wouldn't have paid if they knew that "buy now, pay later" wasn't an option.”
“Ordered a coat for next day delivery at 5:30 pm charged me £5.95 then send me an email saying delivery will me the Monday 4 days after I ordered it it offered me Monday delivery for free when you ring the customers number they don’t answer go straight to voice mail and they don’t ring back will not be using these again charging for next day delivery and not delivering and still charging for it will use a reputable company in future”

All they could tell me if that it’s being processed through the warehouse and we do not know when it will be delivered. Customer service is shocking! I will not be using this company again I will go straight to the manufacturer!”
“Terrible service. It took nearly two weeks for my order to arrive. Once it arrived it was the wrong size. Urban Celebrity asked me to send it back and then they would send the right size out. No offer of compensation for my wasted time absolutely shocking service”

“Extremely poor customer service, possibly the worst I’ve ever encountered. I was greeted with a countdown upon placing my order promising delivery within 1-3 days. 5 days later i haven't heard anything nor received my items. I sent an email asking what's going, 24 hours later i get a sarcastic email back saying that if i wanted it quickly i should have selected next day delivery!? Charming. No mention of when the item will be posted or when i should expect it. I've since decided to cancel the order, and purchased the items elsewhere as I’m not convinced they are a legitimate company, and i’m now trying to get my bank to claim back the funds. Note there is no phone number either, so you can't actually speak to anyone. Looking at other reviews, most of them seem to be negative so i have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this company. You can buy most of their brands elsewhere and I strongly suggest you do so, they don’t have so many bad reviews for no good reason. AVOID.”
“Ordered 3 items of clothing from Urban Celebrity and they havent arrived. Been a week since they should have came. They have taken payment too!!! Rang up 15 times today between the hours of 9 and 5, sent 4 emails over the last week and no response. Absoloute awful service. Never using them again.”

They have refunded to refund me for the missing item and now I have had to get my bank involved to get the money back from them.
