Awful customer service.
I purchased the Perversion mascara. This mascara is AWFUL...it smudges onto upper lids throughout the day and it cannot be worn to the gym as it runs into panda eyes after 5 minutes of any sort of sweating at all.
The customer services team simply said there was nothing wrong with the mascara and it simply didn't suit me. DISGUSTING!!!
