This is a fake company, total scammers!! Bought a £115 North Face jacket for my daughter's Christmas present in October. No jacket received and they will not respond to my emails. I have reported them to North Face, and will try and retrieve the money off my bank but not holding out much hope. Feel so stupid!!!
