I strongly recommend that everyone who has had a bad experience with Urban Online Apparel report them first to trading standards. I have done so. Also I strongly recommend writing bad reviews of them on their Facebook page. They will remove your negative comments soon after you post them and they will block you, but I encourage you all and those you know to do it nevertheless. I also recommend reporting them to Facebook as a scam and to pressure Facebook into removing their page. If enough of us do it we should see results. We cannot let these people get away with conning others!
