Ordered something and was told it was instock. Then i was notified it was on back order for a few weeks but I would get it soon, after the eta had passed, i had not received any updates. So i reached out and was told it was going to be back ordered once more, 2 months after my order date. Luckily they had one alternative in stock, whereas no one had anything in stock and they were able to quickly fix things and get me what i needed.
