Shipping was punctual and packaging was great. Customer service wasn’t the best. One of the exhaust tips arrived scratched but I had already made my installation appointment in advance and my installer was able to make the scratches as discreet as possible. After explaining the situation to customer service, they didn’t really do anything to remedy the situation. I was told I’d be sent AWE merch to make up for the inconvenience and never received anything.
