Initially poor because you didn't transcribe the full address that I provided and this ended up causing a lot of problems with the delivery and more than a week's delay in the delivery. I called and a worker called fedex and got this straightened out but unfortunately, fedex continued with the confusion. DO NOT use fedex for delivery in the Tucson area. They have specifically poor customer service, are rude on the phone, hang up on people, and still delayed out the delivery over a week past when they were supposed to have received the correction, possibly out of a passive aggressive response to my complaints to them.
