First, I would like to say the product was exactly what I wanted and am very pleased after my install. Also, I purchase the product on a Black Friday sale and got an excellent price. Second, When I ordered the Milltek exhaust system for my 2012 R55 Mini Cooper on Black Friday I figured a couple of weeks for delivery because of the holidays. After waiting seven days after payment and receiving no information I became concerned. I first emailed URO and again received no response after a day. I then called and was able to speak to a customer service rep. immediately. The rep. informed me that all Milltek products are made special in the UK after being ordered. If I had known this at the start it wouldn't have changed my order but they really should have mentioned it. After the phone call I received a response from my earlier email. I was told they would let me know when shipped. I received the product after the first of the new year.
