Sad to say the rating is 3 star but it’s mainly due to the manufacturer not Urotuning. Urotuning themselves went above an beyond giving me updates as soon as they had received them, I did wait over 3 months for (straight from the manufacturer , in all honesty a part with mediocre at best quality, and when I opened the shipping box I smelled nothing but fresh paint , so as you could assume I already had a bad feeling in my gut. As I pulled the Racing dynamics CAI out of the box I noticed quiet a few flaws in an apparent material that had to be shipped to the manufacturer which seems basically a soft resin based fiber glass to give it some flex but let’s be real the racing dynamics sticker looked flawless , next step was installation which was an extremely poor figment for a part that from what I read was specifically designed for the e46 sedan. No that part I wasn’t all too worried about being I was planning on doing some personal modifications to accommodate a catch can, (note: the installation was more of a mock up and not a finished product.) overall the experience with Urotuning and their fantastic customer service was a 10/10 but the Racing dynamics CAI was sub par at best and personally could have made the part my self for a third of the cost I’d definitely rate it 3/10 bc with how grainy and dirty the product was the logo came out perfect.
