Your service, communication, and I'm sure the product is great. No complants from me. I'm sorry to say I can not use the product. I purchased twp (adaptive) head lamps for my 2008 Audi A6 from another source and they were a puzzel. Not only did I need the ballast you provided but two controle modules and bulbs were not included. Twice my mechanic removed the bumper of the car to replace and add parts to those lamps. At last effort a damaged lamp was out of stock with that vendor and could not be replaced. Gonna have to trash that nice car, 250k miles running great but book value is $5K and it will cost $6K to have the dealer fix the lights. Will you refund or buy the ballast back?
