Although the item was listed as in stock and ready to ship it was not. I received an email only after I placed my order telling me this. I was not happy and contacted customer support. To their credit they were extremely prompt and helpful and offered to look into the issue or cancel and refund me. I don't know what they did but it was shipped within a day and I has it within the week. Great customer service!!
