Purchased 2 of these as I need 4 new straps for my bike racks. I was sent 2 straps.... I contacted customer service and received an email back saying it would be looked into and that was several days ago. I asked that the remainder rof the order be sent out to me, since I've already paid for them and the shipping. No answer yet.... Urotuning site says theybcone in packages of 2 straps. They came 1 to a pack. So someone is wrong and me the customer expecting something per website and getting half what I ordered. I tried to call and never got an answer, emailed and I got a response and no resolution. Update: still waiting on response from the supplier on getting me the remainder of the order. I feel confident that my order will be filled, this is clearly a seldom happening mistake as I've never had any issue with my several purchases from urotuning.
