I promptly recieved an email noting that the item that I had ordered would be shipping directly from the manufacturer. This was fine. I recieved an email when the item was shipping with a tracking number from FedEx. Seven days later, the tracking number showed that the item was still preparing to ship. I reached out to UroTuning via email about the order and was sent a response within a day noting that the item was not shipped FedEx but UPS and was at my house. I'm not hurt about this just wanted to bring this up to someone that somewhere there was a disconnect. Overall happy with all of my purchases made at UroTuning.
