So the 4 stars are because I received the incorrect washer. I was supposed to get one set with a smaller center hole and the other with larger bolts. Not a big problem as I was able to get it at a local hardware store. Now having said that, the product is solid and worth the money, easy to install and took me less than 2 hours with the car on the ramp. Highly recommend this product and can save you significant money if you are handy.
