First round of ordering, my order got kicked back and canceled by their “fraud” team even though I filled out the proper emails to confirm my identity. I had to call and verify myself for now a second time place a second order all while waiting for my refund for the first order. Finally after 7 weeks of waiting I received PART of my order. Still waiting on the rest. Wish there was something on the website about the products being in back order……
