Pretty lame experience with URO and "customer service". After ordering, I was flooded with emails about hurrying up and buying things that were in my cart. When it came to my order, I had to reach out twice before getting any response and they only informed me that my brake parts were being drop shipped. When asking about the other parts, I took a couple of tries to get them to understand that I was asking about something other than the brakes.
