Armin was my sales rep and he took care of my order. The item was new as described and not repackaged like the original one I purchased from ECStuning which i returned which was supposedly new and for LCI. Called Urotuning and got my Eventuri CF Intake for my 2023 Mini S within 2 days as promised. Will be doing business again with them.
