Had to order a part quick. First search of the part went to UroTuning. Their website description was vague but the picture showed the part I needed. Ordered and paid extra for quicker shipping. Received the item which was not what their website picture showed. Contacted them who ignored my emails for a week (I don’t care how they contradict this statement… they ignored my emails!). I knew they ignored my emails because the item on their website changed to the correct item after I emailed them the first time. Wasn’t until I told them I would leave negative reviews did they reply. I know mistakes are made, I’m not upset at that; but, when they are made I don’t want to be treated like a bum. I honestly would have settled for just a sorry but no, they went on the defensive. What is your reputation worth? If you people make a mistake like this make it right with the customer. At worst it might costs you a few hundred bucks, big deal, you are the business, make it right. I was not the one who made the mistake. I won’t order again and will make sure to tell others to stay away.
