Nice people...but, missed the opportunity to provide helpful service which is delivered by groups who know the products.
I had to reorder multiple times to obtain the additional parts needed to complete my install.
I learned I need to be more aware of everything required to complete my install the next time I order.
I will reorder from URO again.
However, I will have a better understanding of what is needed to complete my project before I contact anyone.
