You have one listed but you also marked it up by $500 bucks. Why would I spend what amounts to an additional $900 bucks when I can simply purchase it from the source? Also having a sales rep "CLAIM" he's giving me a discount when in fact the price he quoted IS THE PRICE of the item at the source. When you have REPEAT customers at the very least, treat them as if they matter.
