I ordered a dinan carbon intake for my f32 435i recently and even though there were some hiccups overall I would say it was a pleasant experience. Due to a supply issue on dinans end it took the product about 2 months to get to me, this was no fault of euro tuning however there customer service was top teir. They kept me updated on my package constantly and were very quick and informative getting back to me everytime I reached out, they also did everything in there power to alleviate the situation and help me in any way possible. Will definitely be buying from them again.
