I will leave my original comment below because I did have a problem with ordering. I also attempted more than one way to reach the company to let them know I was missing parts and it took time for them to contact me back. However, everything now is resolved and the parts I was missing were sent to my house directly. I understand things happen as I am in the customer service industry too but still frustrating none the less. I have changed my rating from 3 to 5.
I recently ordered from you for my guy. He's ordered from you many times before and never had any issues and if he did you always took care of it. I ordered something for him for Christmas and it was missing my mounting hardware.. I've reached out twice now and been told I'd hear something in 1-3 business days and it's been over a week now. I am VERY disappointed and it is not a very good first impression.
