I chose a 3 star due to the issues we had with shipping and parts not being in stock and the order being sent out somewhere with no tracking number.
I finally got my order the second time around. It was frustrating and I went over a week without the items needed for the Oil Service and Plug/Coil Pack service for my wife's vehicle so we were limping along with one vehicle and that is difficult considering we both work full time jobs.
