Slight hiccup due to error on my part. I contacted URO after receiving the part I had ordered incorrectly. I was provided a return label for the item iI ordered wrong and URO sent the part that was actually needed in a very timely manner. No hassle exchange from their excellent customer service. BTW, the part I really needed was not in their offerings but they found it and had it shipped to me. Awsome customer service.
