Ordered a Air filter. They sent me a shipping confirmation with no tracking so I waited 10 business days during holidays 5 To make sure it didn't show up. Just to find out that it as "delivered" weeks ago. However UPS never delivered the item. Video proof and all. I don't think I can recommend this place if they can't manage to add the right shipping details. Now I'm out money, filter, and time waiting. Contacting support is like pulling teeth no one answers the phone and no response back via email. *** edit to the above took almost a month but did receive a replacement product after it was all said and done.
