My guess is throttle response and or turbo spool is better. I got the turbo muffler delete at the same time. Not to difficult to install because of the 2 piece design. I wish it had better quality clamps. Sound is marginal, but with all the other mods (turbo inlet pipe and intake) it sounds pretty good
