If you have taken the UNAUTHORIZED LIBERTY of charging my credit card account for the bulbs that WERE TO B INCLUDED...confirmed by the text messages with Geoff....in my purchase of the scratch and dent item...Justin WILL B hearing from my Attorney IMMEDIATELY when credit card statement arrives!!!!
